Founded by visionary duo Christer and Gina Johansson, Le Rêve, which means "The Dream" in French, reflects their passion for globally influenced cuisine and exceptional hospitality.  

Drawing inspiration from their travels across Europe and beyond, the Johanssons have transformed their shared dream of creating an extraordinary dining experience into a stunning reality. Their vision blends a unique array of flavors and cultures, bringing a touch of international elegance to Sheridan.
