Join us in celebrating Chef Zoilan Ruiz
After helping shape the culinary identity of Le Rêve, Chef Zoi will soon begin his next chapter. We invite our community to join us for a special six-course tasting dinner created by Chef Zoi and to help us recognize his creativity, artistry, and contributions to Le Rêve and to the Sheridan community.

Doors Open: 5:30 PM
Guest Arrival: Please arrive no later than 6:00 PM
Dinner Begins: 6:30 PM
Chef Zoi will be in the dining room between 5:30 and 6:00 PM to greet guests and visit tables. We encourage you to arrive timely when doors open to enjoy a pre-dinner beverage, spend a few moments with Chef Zoi, and learn about the optional wine pairing.
Cost: $135 per guest, plus 6% tax and 22% gratuity
Total prepaid ticket price: $172.80 per guest
Beverages and optional wine pairings are additional. This is a ticketed event; payment is required at the time of reservation and tickets are nonrefundable.

Enjoy live piano music by Sam Hoffman as you dine. His performance provides a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that complements your evening.
Born and raised in Powell, Wyoming, Sam has been playing piano since third grade. In addition to his work as a local optometrist, he enjoys sharing his music throughout the community, performing at local nursing homes, the Hub, and First Baptist Church, where he leads worship most Sundays.
