Sheridan’s dining scene is making waves once again! Le Rêve Restaurant & Raw Bar is proud to be featured in Restaurant Hospitality, spotlighting our very own Amanda Merchant and her signature cocktail, Easy Does It.

Crafted with Buffalo Trace bourbon, two types of amaro, chamomile, and a hint of orange, Amanda shares, “I think this cocktail is unique because it offers a variety of flavors that most wouldn't expect from a bourbon cocktail, while also being approachable to those who are new to bourbon.”
