    Christer Johansson’s passion for fine dining and hospitality is the driving force behind Le Rêve Restaurant & Raw Bar. He envisioned a space where guests could escape the ordinary and immerse themselves in an experience that feels both extraordinary and personal. With a deep appreciation for Sheridan’s community and a love for travel, Christer was inspired by iconic restaurants around the world, wanting to bring that same sense of elegance and adventure to the heart of Wyoming. His dedication to restoring the building’s charm and creating an inviting yet sophisticated ambiance has shaped Le Rêve into a destination where every guest feels transported and every meal becomes a lasting memory.

    Jenn brings extensive experience in the restaurant industry and management to her role as General Manager of Le Rêve Restaurant & Raw Bar and The Warehouse Gastropub. With extensive experience in hospitality, Jenn has excelled in various roles, including management, event planning, and bartending, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both restaurant operations and guest experience. Her attention to detail, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to both restaurants. Under Jenn’s leadership, both establishments continue to thrive, delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

    Zoilan brings over 20 years of culinary expertise and creative vision to Le Rêve as Head Chef. Originally from California, he honed his craft in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, working alongside top chefs and mastering techniques that blend tradition with innovation. His passion has led him to orchestrate dinners for the White House and George Lucas at Skywalker Ranch. Under his leadership, Le Rêve has quickly gained national recognition, earning a James Beard Award semifinalist spot within its first four months. Zoiland is a storyteller through food, crafting experiences that celebrate artistry, connection, and excellence.
