Introducing Le Rêve Restaurant & Raw Bar: Sheridan's Newest Culinary Gem!
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Le Rêve Restaurant & Raw Bar, Sheridan’s latest hotspot for French-inspired dining. Opening its doors on September 20th (by reservation only), Le Rêve is set to be the perfect blend of historic charm and contemporary elegance.
Nestled in the iconic Historic Cady Building, Le Rêve brings a touch of old-world sophistication to Sheridan. Our space features period-specific décor, including a stunning 13-and-a-half-foot chandelier and plush velvet seating that echo the grandeur of the past. From the moment you step in, you'll feel transported to a time where dining was an art form.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
At Le Rêve, Chef Zoilan Ruiz has crafted a menu that’s as diverse as it is delicious. Expect everything from Duck Rillettes with house-pickled carrot relish to Market Fresh Oysters that you won’t find anywhere else in Sheridan. And for dessert? Think citrus blueberry crème brûlée and a chocolate Grand Marnier molten cake. Plus, our raw bar will feature fresh sashimi and sushi specials each month (coming soon) .
